1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Website information
The website provides general information about Navarrete Fabrication, its founder’s experience, intended production support and current or planned capabilities. Content may be updated as equipment, capacity, processes and certifications change.
Website content is not engineering advice, a product specification, an electrical rating, a certification, a binding offer or a guarantee that a particular job can be accepted. Any demonstration or sample component shown or described is not represented as approved, tested or electrically rated for a specific application.
3. Capability and availability
Every project is subject to review of drawings, revision, material, quantity, tolerance, process, equipment, tooling, inspection requirements, documentation, capacity and delivery schedule. A capability shown on the website does not mean that all equipment is owned in-house or available for every order.
Navarrete Fabrication may decline an RFQ or propose an alternative manufacturing approach. No schedule, price or capacity is committed until confirmed in writing.
4. RFQs, quotations and orders
Sending an enquiry or RFQ does not create a contract and does not obligate Navarrete Fabrication to quote, reserve capacity or perform work. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- A quotation is an invitation to place an order and is valid only for the period stated.
- Prices, lead times and material availability may change before written order acceptance.
- A purchase order is subject to Navarrete Fabrication’s written acceptance.
- Changes to drawings, revisions, quantities, materials, tolerances, quality clauses or delivery requirements may require a revised price and schedule.
- In a conflict, the signed agreement, accepted quotation or written order acknowledgement for the job takes priority over these website terms.
5. Drawings and confidential information
Do not submit confidential drawings through an unauthorized channel. The website does not provide a public upload form. RFQ documents should be sent to quotes@navarretefabrication.com.
Sending information does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement or confidential relationship beyond obligations imposed by applicable law. If confidentiality terms are required, request and complete a written non-disclosure agreement before sending highly sensitive drawings or trade secrets.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete and authorized drawings, revisions, specifications, materials, tolerances, intended-use requirements and applicable quality or regulatory clauses. The customer represents that it has the right to provide submitted content and authorize its use for quotation and manufacturing purposes.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Navarrete Fabrication does not independently design, engineer, validate or certify the customer’s end product or determine whether a component is suitable for an electrical, safety-critical, regulated or other intended application.
7. Quality and certification statements
Navarrete Fabrication is implementing a documented quality-management system aligned with ISO 9001 principles. Navarrete Fabrication is not currently ISO 9001 certified.
No ISO 9001, AS9100, aerospace, defence, Controlled Goods or other certification or approved-supplier status is claimed unless Navarrete Fabrication confirms it in a current written document. References to aerospace, space and defence are future growth directions only.
8. Website intellectual property
The website design, logo, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Navarrete Fabrication and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for legitimate evaluation of Navarrete Fabrication’s services. You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, misrepresent, scrape for republication or use the content or branding without written permission.
Customer ownership of customer-provided drawings, designs and specifications is not transferred merely because they are submitted for RFQ review.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
10. External services and links
The website may link to email services, regulators or third-party websites. Navarrete Fabrication does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
11. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navarrete Fabrication disclaims warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navarrete Fabrication will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website, including loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity or business interruption. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability relating to an accepted manufacturing order is governed by the applicable quotation, order acknowledgement or written agreement, not this website section alone.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted through business communications is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes and severability
Navarrete Fabrication may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, disputes concerning these website terms will be brought before the courts located in Ontario.
