- Basic technical information generated when the website is accessed, such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, requested pages and security logs, where collected by our hosting or security providers.
Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not required for your business enquiry.

- Review drawings and RFQs, assess capability, prepare quotations and manage accepted orders.

6. Drawings and confidential business information
RFQ drawings and technical files may contain confidential business information, trade secrets or personal information. There is currently no public drawing-upload form. Customers should send RFQ files directly to quotes@navarretefabrication.com and discuss any required non-disclosure agreement before sending highly sensitive material.
Contractual confidentiality obligations for drawings and technical information are governed by any applicable non-disclosure agreement, quotation, purchase order acceptance or other written agreement.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including quotation history, customer service, quality traceability, warranty, tax, insurance, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Records are then securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized when appropriate.
9. Safeguards and incidents
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Measures may include access limits, account security, controlled records, secure disposal, supplier controls and confidentiality requirements. No email or internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If a privacy breach occurs, Navarrete Fabrication will assess it and take steps required by applicable law, which may include recordkeeping, notification and reporting.
